The Revolution Group, a twelve-year-old established firm in the IT Consulting and Staffing industry, is looking for individuals to join our staff as Business Development Managers for our Information Security division, secureRevGroup. We are interested in individuals who have a successful track record in the following industries: Staffing and/or Consulting sales or Information Security software sales.

secureRevGroup offers a base salary plus commission plan that will result in $100,000++ at quota. Additionally we offer a mature, flexible, and entrepreneurial work environment. We are looking for people who can maintain a high activity level and will appreciate our 4 ½ day workweek and free lunch.

Duties

Identify and Open New Accounts.
Establish and maintain relationships with customers.
Assist in qualifying consultants in order to meet the needs of our customers.
Extensive telephone and email communication.

Requirements:

A technical background in Information Security.
Willingness to work hard to achieve goals.
A burning desire to succeed.
A four-year Computer Science degree.
An engaging personality combined with a tenacious attitude.
