Our Client is looking for a Project Manager to manage the new Find a Doctor Tool which is part of larger Next Generation Find a Doctor tool and Member Liability estimation tool.

Duties

Represent the interests of the Brand Management and Marketing Communications division on Next Gen Find a Doctor project.
Work with vendor and leads of Next Gen FAD and MLE project to ensure 1/1/13 launch.
Identify and analyze internal process issues in an effort to implement a system solution or process improvement that greatly reduces associate efforts.
Provide consultative support for new product and technology initiatives and ensure critical sales systems are enhanced to handle our changing business needs.
Lead the development and implementation of a variety of cross-functional projects to ensure 1/1/13 launch.
Responsible for business project management overall initiative; leading business requirements, testing, and implementation activities.
Lead cross-functional project teams by facilitating group meetings, coordinating and leading working sessions, defining and delegating assignments,
and reporting on status, issues, risks and concerns.
Develop and maintain effective working relationships with key external and internal customers.
Manage projects and tasks using standard project management tools and methodologies.
Develop and manage project work plans and resources plans.
Track and report project progress, developing key metrics and strategies.
Effectively document and present project status, issues, and risks to facilitate decision making by leadership teams.

Requirements:

BS/BA degree.
5+ years proven project management experience with progressive responsibilities in solution development and implementation.
Experience managing complex cross-functional projects and teams.
Experience managing all aspects of the software development lifecycle.
Strong knowledge of project management best practices and tools.
Demonstrated success in managing multi-faceted projects focused on the achievement of external and internal customer requirements.
Demonstrated mastery of project management deliverables such as documentation, work flow analysis, system implications, risk identification and management, training, and implementation
Must have strong leadership skills, a high level of initiative & creativity, and be results-oriented
Must be detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to be able to communicate effectively with all audiences, including senior management
Must be self-motivated, professional and promote a positive team spirit.
Ability to take calculated actions in complex or ambiguous situations to set a direction or resolve issues.
Health insurance experience preferred.
