Our Client is looking for a senior level security engineer with Checkpoint experience.

This position will require travel, with most of the travel being concentrated in the New England area.

Duties

Extensive client interfacing.
Implement and support clients security infrastructure. 
Provide pre-sales support to sales staff on select presales engagements.
Articulate technical tasks and assumptions in both written and verbal form.
Lend a technical perspective to our customers in a professional manner.
Fill a strategic advisory role while presenting technology solutions to customers.
Learn BlueCoat and RSA two factor authentication if necessary.

Requirements:

Check Point CCSA/CCSE is required.

Manage and implement firewalls, endpoint security.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in mission critical, multivendor environments supporting different elements of security infrastructure, including firewalls, content filtering, two factor authentication and intrusion protection. 
Sound understanding of networking fundamentals as well as security best practices.
Intrusion protection.
CISSP/GSEC certification or an individual that is working toward one of the above, is desired.
