Our Client is looking for Sr. Exchange Engineer to join their Microsoft team. The candidate will be responsible for taking a blue prints from the Architect; then going on-site visits to their clients and implementing Microsoft Exchange and AD technologies. 

Duties

Build out a client's infrastructure, migrations, changes to Microsoft systems and licensing for clients.
Build and configure DAGs and CAS arrays independently. (take a "blue print" and tactically run with it).

Requirements:

Exchange 2010 experience is critical.
Intimate product knowledge of deploying the Exchange 2010 in the field.       
Coexistence experience with legacy Exchange systems and other 3rd party products (Domino, GroupWise, etc.)
As most of the deployments are in the private cloud, the candidate should be very comfortable with Vsphere 4.1 or 5.0
Versed in using PowerShell for Exchange management and migration challenges.

Traveling - this is a consultants role. As such there is time and travel expected, outside the bounds of a traditional IT role.
95 % of the client visits are within the 495 belt.   

Desired:

Exchange 2010 certified is a huge plus.
Practical exposure to migration toolsets from the Quest family products or the Microsoft ADMT would be advantageous.
Lync 2010 experience is a huge plus.
