Our Client is looking for a Project Manager to work with their Manager of Product Implementation and Management. The Project Manager will take the lead in the development, implementation and management of assigned products.  This individual must be results oriented, energetic and able to work closely in a team environment and build relationships with internal stakeholders, external vendors and customers.

Duties

Manage assigned product lines including the development and implementation of performance standards encompassing finance, operations, sales, marketing, market research, provider relations, and other functional areas as required and in support of strategic initiatives.
Oversee performance standards; recommends changes and enhancements to Market Strategy Committee, Operations, or other internal committees.
Develop Project Benefit Analysis to understand objectives, resource requirements and deliverables to determine assignment of projects.
Independently conducts project feasibility analysis and vendor selection management.
Contribute to and oversee the work of the team to the successful achievement of quantifiable success measures.
Communicate product development initiatives throughout the organization, mindful of upstream and downstream business impacts.
Develop a team infrastructure necessary to accomplish the task at hand using standard project management tools and methodologies. Facilitates internal and external meetings, documents project plans and project performance through status reports, minutes, etc. 
Identify and manage risks throughout the project and/or product lifecycle; escalating problems early when recognized, identifying corrective action plans or bringing the right team together to problem solve a solution with minimal supervision.
