The Enterprise Delivery Services Manager is responsible to oversee the services delivered by the outsourcer delivering all Data Center, Computing, Storage and Client Services. The candidate will manage the outsourcing of the companies infrastructure. 

This is a full-time position located in New York. The candidate can work out of either Hixsville Long Island, Syracuse, or Brooklyn.

Duties

Deliver services to meet all business SLA's.
Ensure the services are delivered according to the contract.
Support all business initiatives.
Manage according to the Service Delivery budget.
Direct Management responsibility for 9 FTE's with responsibility of overseeing an extended vendor team delivering services.

Requirements:

Extensive management experience (10-15 years).
Experience managing large teams.
Must have budget experience.
Experienced Negotiator, contract development.
Comfortable managing outsourcing contracts.
Experience delivering computing services.
Knowledgeable of Computing, Storage and Client Service Technologies.
Experience and knowledge with Cloud Technologies.
Must be comfortable in a high-pressured role with the ability to multi-task.
Competency with Mid-range technologies: Unix, Linux, Solaris; Wintel - Windows 7; XP; Storage Area Networks; Virtualization; Mainframe Technologies; Service Management; Cloud Technologies.
4 year college degree or equivalent.

Desired:

ITIL Certifications a plus.
