Our Client is looking for a Sr. Business Analyst to be responsible for developing and documenting system and functional requirements for new or changing applications within the enterprise IT operations, Infrastructure and Security team. The focus will be on enterprise level infrastructure / systems implementations.

 

Duties

Coordinate systems analysis, design and implementation/enhancement projects to automate processing or improve business systems.
Assist in metrics development, both within the technology and business organizations. 
Provide consultation to projects teams and ensures traceability of business requirements through all stages of development. 
Conduct solutioning/assessment activities to define multiple small or medium sized projects/enhancements.
Ensure that the design and integration of proposed systems, software, and hardware solutions, lead to the development and growth of the organization through effective use of technology. 
Work directly with business and technology partners to understand objectives and formulate solutions
Contribute to business and technology strategic planning by providing objective feedback, insight, and recommendations (which may include non-technical solutions). 
Provide support for production issues such as monitoring production cycles, performing configuration updates, and testing production fixes.
Work with outsource vendors to monitor and ensure appropriate support levels.

Requirements:

5-8 years’ experience with 2+ years of systems analyst work with focus on enterprise level infrastructure / systems implementations.
2+ years of business processing, analyst or project management experience.
Demonstrated use of the project management “life cycle”; including tools and methodologies.
BA or BS degree in Systems, IT, Business Management, or related degree preferred; or equivalent experience.
Healthcare experience is a plus.
