Our Client has an immediate need for an IT Project Manager to manage the migration of our Asset Management system to ServiceNow, a SaaS solution for IT service management that was implemented last year. Candidates should have experience with a Finance asset tracking process and ServiceNow or other ITIL-based tools.

Duties

Requirements:

Experience managing IT projects for new application installation and conversion of existing data - data modeling, business process documentation needed.
Experience managing complex vendor relationships and contracts.
Experience overseeing internal developers as well as 3rd party integrators and software provider.
Excellent communication skills.
Detail oriented, can lead and coordinate change that spans multiple business areas.
Ability to develop, with the team, a set of realistic expectations that meet business needs.
Ability to judge when and how to appropriately escalate issues and risks for Senior Management awareness and support.
Ability to develop and manage project scope, schedules, risk, cost.

Desired:

Experience with Clarity, Open workbench, ServiceNow.
