Duties
You should be a self-starter, tenacious, hard worker, goal-oriented, highly motivated, high achiever, internally driven to succeed, outgoing, energized by constantly meeting new people with attention to detail. You should work well independently as well as being a part of a team and enjoy the challenge of turning opportunities into achievements. Must be able to multi-task, have strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and focus on top priority tasks, while being flexible to accommodate shifting priorities.
We offer a base salary plus commission that will result in an opportunity to earn up to $60K+ in year 1 and $100K++ at quota in year 2. In addition, we offer a great benefits package including BCBS health, LTD, and Life. We are looking for people who can maintain a high activity level and will appreciate our 4 1/2 day workweek.
