We are offering an opportunity for experienced Recruiters who have prior success recruiting IT professionals in a corporate or agency environment.

We offer a base salary plus commission that will result in an opportunity to earn $60K+ in year 1 and $120K++ at quota in year 2. In addition, we offer a great benefits package including BCBS health, LTD, and Life. We are looking for people who can maintain a high activity level and will appreciate our 4 ½ day workweek.

Duties

We are looking for experienced professionals who excel at building new relationships, finding and closing new candidates, networking and interacting with professionals utilizing social networking media and tools with excellent listening and communication skills. We provide industry-leading comprehensive training.

You must be adept at navigating the web and have a keen interest in social media.

College degree and/or equivalent military experience required.
