Senior (5+ years of experience)
Our Client is looking for a Telecom Engineer to be responsible for providing client support on technologies for multiple call centers from both a technical perspective and new product development and functional testing perspective.
Design, plan and implement Avaya applications.
Attend client meetings as needed or pre-sales support.
Must have experience designing, planning and implementing Avaya environments.
Experience in a Contact Center and Call Center environment with knowledge of Avaya CMS, Avaya AES (Application Enablement Server) and Avaya Aura.
Strong written communication skills are required to prepare documentation call routing.
