The Salesforce Systems Analyst will interface with key stakeholders, translating business requirements into SFDC. Additionally, they will consult as a Salesforce.com administrator for system updates, system configuration and integration of systems and applications. The candidate will provide technical assistance in identifying, evaluating and developing Salesforce.com solutions that are cost effective, configurable and easy to maintain and meet user requirements. The incumbent will also need to understand how changes may impact the entire user universe and will work to educate and provide detailed information for the purposes of governance decision making by the business. 

Duties

Interface with business and translate business requirements into Salesforce.com Document needs, distinguish between needs and wants, identify gaps between business needs and standard application functionality, and provide detailed business requirements for developers.
Act as a Salesforce.com administrator for system updates, system configuration and integration of systems and applications.
Educate the business on how changes made will impact the users by providing them detailed information.
Demonstrate working knowledge of system modeling tools: Data Flow Diagrams, Process Models, ER diagrams, Dimensional Data Models, Context Models,
Event Modeling, State Modeling, Process Decomposition and Use Case Scenarios.

Requirements:

Minimum of at least three (3) years of Salesforce.com implementation experience.
Experience in all phases of the quote to cash or supply chain lifecycle.
Experience in Sales Force Automation and the statistics and metrics that drive and support the sales process.
Understanding of Business Analytics and the metrics that drive management decisions, and the ability to build reports and queries to support such metrics.
Experience gathering and consolidating requirements from cross-functional groups.
Experience with system & process analysis and requirements gathering.
Experience with system configuration, testing, deployment and maintenance.
Experience as system & process analyst, business analyst, system administrator and/or test lead.
Ability to work under pressure and meet constantly changing timelines.
Proven project management skills.
Superb written and verbal communication skills as well as listening skills.
Solid problem solving skills as well as demonstrated analytical and qualitative abilities.
Bachelors degree or equivalent business experience required.
