The Revolution Group was founded on one basic goal– to make the Hiring Process Easier. Everything we do, every idea we have, every one of our actions incorporates this guiding principle. Everyday we think of ways to make hiring someone easier and everyday we think of ways to make looking for a job easier. It is our belief that not one of our customers has ever happily anticipated the prospect of having to hire people. It is also our firm belief that no one likes to be out of work having to look for a job. Hiring is full of risk. Rarely does a customer make a hiring decision without some apprehension. And seldom does a customer hire someone without asking herself the question “is this person going to work out?” We all have made hiring decisions that we regret. It is not the people we do not hire that make our life unhappy, it is the ones we do. Looking for a job is no picnic either. The process includes scouring job postings; writing and re-writing your resume; writing cover letters; sending out hundreds of resumes; wasting your time on a multitude of interviews; only to receive no feedback and to have to start the process all over again. Sound familiar? Do you remember the TV show ‘Kids Say the Darndest Things’? Well, in our business sometimes ‘People Do the Darndest Things’. My hope is that when you work with The Revolution Group, the Darndest Things are eliminated or at least minimized.
