Mark P. Aiello	Mark Aiello is a Founder and the CEO of The Revolution Group, ltd. Mark brings with him almost twenty-five years of experience in the local Information Technology Consulting Industry including the last fifteen years running operations ranging in size from $10-$150 million. In 1994 Mark started the Boston office of a little known consulting firm that was subsequently named to the Inc. 500 list of the fastest growing companies in 1995 and 1996. In 1999 along with the Revolutionaries listed below, Mark founded The Revolution Group which has become one of the largest and most successful IT Consulting firms in the Boston area.
Mike Consolazio	Mike Consolazio is a Founder and Chief Operating Officer of The Revolution Group, ltd. He is also President of telRevGroup, the division specializing in the placement of Telecommunications professionals or telPeople.  Mike brings with him almost twenty-five years of experience in the Information Technology Consulting Industry.  Shortly after the founding of the RevGroup, Mike was able to lead the company’s growth effort by establishing relationships with some of the largest companies in and around the Boston area.  Prior to founding the RevGroup, Mike was the top developer of Telecommunications business with his former company.
Heather Haughey	Heather Haughey is a Founder of The Revolution Group, ltd. and the Vice President of Staffing responsible for all staffing activities across the three divisions of the Revolution Group.  She oversees all recruiting efforts in Internet, Telecom, and Networking.  Heather brings over ten years of experience in staffing and recruiting in the Boston area Information Technology Consulting industry.  Heather is widely recognized as being one of the industry’s top performers over the last ten years.
Gail Long	Gail is the Executive Vice President of Diversity and Communications.  Being of Native American descent, Gail is uniquely qualified to lead the diversity hiring efforts of The Revolution Group. Gail has been involved with the company since its inception and in addition to her experience with The Revolution Group, she is certified with the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Department of Early Education and Care. Gail graduated from the University of Massachusetts with a B. A. in Psychology.
Revvy	Revvy is our mascot (although please don’t say it to his face).  He insisted on writing his own bio, so here it is: "I do nothing wrong in the office and keep everyone in line!  I don't cause any trouble and always keep quiet. I know that you probably want to see my resume, but right now I am employed and I don't think they are looking to get rid of me any time soon.  If you are looking for peeps, let me know and I can talk to my fellow frogs."
