Mark P. Aiello

Mark Aiello is a Founder and the CEO of The Revolution Group, ltd. Mark brings with him almost twenty-five years of experience in the local Information Technology Consulting Industry including the last fifteen years running operations ranging in size from $10-$150 million. In 1994 Mark started the Boston office of a little known consulting firm that was subsequently named to the Inc. 500 list of the fastest growing companies in 1995 and 1996. In 1999 along with the Revolutionaries listed below, Mark founded The Revolution Group which has become one of the largest and most successful IT Consulting firms in the Boston area.

Mike Consolazio

Mike Consolazio is a Founder and Chief Operating Officer of The Revolution Group, ltd. He is also President of telRevGroup, the division specializing in the placement of Telecommunications professionals or telPeople.  Mike brings with him almost twenty-five years of experience in the Information Technology Consulting Industry.  Shortly after the founding of the RevGroup, Mike was able to lead the company’s growth effort by establishing relationships with some of the largest companies in and around the Boston area.  Prior to founding the RevGroup, Mike was the top developer of Telecommunications business with his former company.

Heather Haughey

Heather Haughey is a Founder of The Revolution Group, ltd. and the Vice President of Staffing responsible for all staffing activities across the three divisions of the Revolution Group.  She oversees all recruiting efforts in Internet, Telecom, and Networking.  Heather brings over ten years of experience in staffing and recruiting in the Boston area Information Technology Consulting industry.  Heather is widely recognized as being one of the industry’s top performers over the last ten years.

Tamsin Cameron

Tamsin “Tammy” Cameron is a Founder of The Revolution Group, ltd. and the Vice President of Administration responsible for all front and back office operations for the entire company.  Tammy and her staff oversee all administrative contact with our customers and consultants.  Most of the time a thankless and behind the scenes contributor, Tammy’s expertise reaches far beyond the back office into the day to day operations of the entire company.  She brings with her over fifteen years experience in the Boston area Information Technology Consulting Industry.

Gail Long

Gail is the Executive Vice President of Diversity and Communications. Being of Native American descent, Gail is uniquely qualified to lead the diversity hiring efforts of The Revolution Group. Gail has been involved with the company since its inception and in addition to her experience with The Revolution Group, she is certified with the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Department of Early Education and Care. Gail graduated from the University of Massachusetts with a B. A. in Psychology.

Revvy

Revvy is our mascot (although please don’t say it to his face).  He insisted on writing his own bio, so here it is:
